Grades

Forgings are produced from the following types of steel:

• carbon steel,
• alloy steel,
• steel for thermal toughening
• steel for carbonizing,
• bearing steel
• tool steel for cold and hot treatment.

According to the following norms:

• PN,
• EN,
• DIN,
• ASTM,
• AISI,
• SAE.

Forgings are delivered:

• heat treated,
• raw (not mechanically cleaned),
• mechanically cleaned.

Products undergo the following tests:

• tests for strength properties,
• ultrasound tests,
• microscope tests.

Material charge used for the goods production comes from domestic and foreign suppliers that are in the possession of all required ISO certificates and permissions issued by Classification Societies.
